Effective immediately, Mechwarrior Maximus Kabrinski, while executing the duties regarding training of the sibko cadets, is to be given the honorary title of Star Colonel, and will be accorded all right, priveledges, and responsibilities inherent in that rank.

Mechwarrior Maximus Kabrinski will report to Star Colonel Dreadnaught regarding any duties required of him as a member of the 1st Bear Guards for tactical control, and will report any issues with regards to cadet training with the saKhan.

The expressed purpose of this tasking is to communicate with and train all sibko cadets until such time as they successfully pass the Trial of Entrance, where they will immediately be assigned a combat posting.
  Once the Clan has returned to full strength, and provided his performance merits such actions, GB_Maximus Kabrinski will be fully promoted as Star Colonel and will be assigned the full duties of the Training Officer, should he choose to do so."
