ADL Clan Ghost Bear is Commanded by a group of people, most of whom are currently serving in the Militaries of their respective Countries, or have recently retired from Military Service. As well, most members are either in their twenties, or thirties. We live lives, and have had long careers dedicated to Discipline and Teamwork. If you don't think that you can live by that philosophy and tradition too, then don't go any farther.

Occurrences of insubordination to members of the Command Keshik, or Warriors of higher rank will not be tolerated. Those Warriors who have high rank have served with distinction in the past to achieve their current status, and are deserving of respect. Additionally, respect is a two-way street. Treat those around you as you would have them treat you. If a Blatant act of Insubordination is witnessed, The offending Warrior will have One (1) Warning. If it occurs again, the offending member may be removed from the Clan, and action will be considered, to remove that individual from the League completely. The League Admin deplores people like that. In certain cases where no real harm is done, a Trial of Grievance my be called against the offending Member. We do understand that sometimes frustration can get the best of you. Try and control yourselves. Additionally, all of our opponent players that we compete against deserve a measure of respect as well, regardless of their skill. Ghost Bears are "Hard Hitters", and not everyone can measure up to our high standards or skills. Try and keep that in mind, and try to keep derogatory comments about another player's performance (or lack thereof) to yourself.

Offensive language, is not taken lightly within this Clan. Profanity is a sign of someone unable to properly express themselves. Several members are of a younger age, and it is not very becoming of a "True" Warrior to use profanity. Even the Keshik can be caught up in the excitement of the moment, however. All we ask is that you at least try.   

We do not ask much from any applicant, or member. All that we ask, is that you make a commitment to the Team. This is a team, just as any of you might join a Soccer Team, or a Baseball Team. We know that Real Life matters will sometime interfere with this, however. We ask that an effort be made to attend Meetings and Practices, as well as Battles. As a result, there are two (2) weekly Meetings/Practices each week, on Saturday, and Wednesday Nights at 9 p.m. EST. You must be able to attend at least one (1) of these Sessions each week. If you cannot, then do not proceed any further. Additionally, The vast majority of this Team operates in the Eastern Standard Time Zone. If you cannot operate in this Time Zone, then do not proceed any further. Special exemptions may be granted, depending upon the situation. The authority to exempt members resides with the Khan and saKhan, alone!

We desire only those people who are willing to make the commitment, and who truly want to be part of a Team. Dedication to the Clan will be rewarded. Indifference will not.
